After crafting, we email your ritual, and your item is shipped directly to you. (You have the flexibility to select your preferred shipping provider, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs.) Most candle orders ship out within 7-10 days. Custom jewelry is also subject to pre-order and may take up to 14 days to complete, depending on the size of your order. Your patience during this process is appreciated.
