Be Still is the perfect tea to relax, unwind, and prepare for rest. I love this blend just before bed to help you prepare your mind for slumber. Made with Passionflower for a relaxed and enhanced mood, this tea also uses the power of Lemongrass and Linden flower to support healthy sleep cycles. Rose Petals, a potent anti-inflammatory and Chamomile that wards off cold symptoms makes this tea a must-have for your pantry.

Brewing suggestions: Fill one tablespoon of tea in a teabag or mesh basket and place it in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached. 

Ingredients: Passionflower, Rose Petals, Chamomile Flowers, Linden Flower, Lemongrass, Lemon Balm, Stevia, and Third Eye Open Oil.
